Diversity and Inclusion: a mission-critical task for today’s arts managers - Understanding diversity and inclusion management in the arts and culture sectors in Finland
My study aims to research core competences for arts managers, focusing on diversity and inclusion. It deals with the phenomena of cultural diversity and inclusivity about intercultural competences required for the arts managers working in the arts and cultural institutions of Helsinki, Finland, from the leaders’ point of view.

A member of experts of the reading panel for 'Mobility of Artists and Cultural Workers' for In Search of Equal Partners: On being a SWANA artist and cultural worker in the EU study.
The objective was to involve this community in advocating and shaping European cultural policies and funding schemes that are more inclusive and better safeguard fundamental rights (including working conditions, mobility, freedom of artistic expression and gender equality).

The final report of the working group, where Ceyda worked as an expert, on Cultural Policy, Immigrants and the Promotion of Cultural Diversity was handed over to Ministry of Education and Culture State Secretary Tuomo Puumala on January 20, 2021.
Ceyda was invited to make a personal commentary on the report during the ceremony.

Ceyda was one of the keynote speakers of Arts Festivals Summit 2018 organised by European Festivals Association (EFA) in Ljubljana. On the stage of "Bring them together!", Ceyda with her counterpart Geert Couchez, the Deputy CEO of Visit Brussels will discuss how an artistic project impact audiences, highlight a city, a country, Europe’s cultural heritage.
